Manage Memberships

Find customer’s accounts and manage their membership directly from the Pay Tablets with these simple steps.

Menu

Tap on the upper left corner to open the menu.

Search Customers

Select the “Search Customers” option. You can search by customer’s name, phone number, email, License Plate or the last four digits of the credit card:

Edit Vehicle

Once you have found the account, tap on the edit vehicle option to manage the membership.

Manage Membership

A new window will appear from which you can cancel the membership, or switch the vehicle to a different membership package.
