Discounts

Set up discounts that can be applied to your wash packages.

Discounts

You can find the Discounts option under the “Wash Menu” section of the sidebar menu. Once you open the Discounts option, you have to click on the “Create Discount” button located on the right side.

Create Discount

Name

Enter the name of the discount you are creating. This is how it will appear on your Flexwash devices.

Discount Type

Select from 3 options: Fixed, Variable or percentage. A Fixed discount will require you to set a specific amount in dollars and cents. Percentage will require you to set a specific percentage amount. Variable will not require you to set any amounts, so that it can be entered on your Flexwash devices when applied to a customer’s purchase.

Roles

Select which level the members of your organization need to have to be able to apply this discount.

Wash Packages

Select which wash packages qualify to get this discount.

Auto Apply Type

If you want this discount to be applied automatically, choose from 3 options: Customer Registration, Family Plan or Loyalty Points.

Enable

Don’t forget to check the Enabled box to active the discount.
